InfoTech was launched in 1996, as a small reseller of low rate calling cards targeted primarily to the South Asian community. The beginning was not easy. Within a month after our operation began, the switch company we had contracted with went out of business and our calling cards stopped working. However, we were determined not to let our customers down and made sure that each and every one of them got their money back. Similar experiences made us realize that many companies with cheap pre-paid cards shut down after taking their customers money. Therefore, we at InfoTech resolved to contract only with established, financially stable & reliable carriers who could guarantee the highest quality of service with reasonable rates.
